Services

Our service has a new look – more detailed with better functionality. Add service variants to an existing or new service. With the best capable solutions for any service-based business you can have the option to add either staff, facility or assets.

We’ve also incorporated padding time before and after while dividing up the service in multiple segments. Plus, also hide duration is here, allowing you to hide the service total time on the Widget/Customer App.

Every staff that is associated with the service can have their own pricing, whilst allowing the option of gender preference for your customers!

Service Add-Ons

You can now have add-ons for your main service. Beneficial for your business profitability and allowing your business to cater to each service, differently. Have service add-ons that are priced other than your main service – and allow the customer to gain more reward points based on each add-on.

Packages/Event

If your business offers events or packages then get ready because we now offer the functionality to schedule events and create packages for your customers – available for the Widget and Customer App.

Assets

Want to keep track of your resources when they are in use? Then don’t look any further. Managing the available resources never felt so easy. You can now add assets and specify their quantity through the newly added assets tab. Your customers will be able to use the assets if they’re free.

Call To Inquire

Confused on how your customers can contact regarding the hidden price items from the Widget and App? Use the call to inquire option to display a specified text online that the customers can view and contact you through your preferred choice.

Scheduler

Scheduler now has a new look. You can now view and group the scheduler by assets. Moreover, new options like show staff on shift, show branch hours and collapsing/expanding the scheduler filter menu. With the help of colour coding, you will be able to identify the services of same category.

Benefit Reset Date

Tired of manually adjusting the benefits of your members. We now give you the option to change the benefit reset date for the memberships of your active members according to their membership plan.

Future Bookings

If your membership’s starting date is still a few days away. Members can book future classes/services by consuming the benefits before their membership starts.

Optional Mobile Number

Checkout with ease as mobile numbers have become optional. Made for customer satisfaction, now your customers can easily book and checkout without having the mobile field as mandatory! A win situation for both you and your clients.

Define Capacity

Adding a facility now involves specifying a customer limit. Once the limit will be reached, no one can book that facility for that day. You can also define a limit of members that can be present inside your business premises at any given time.

Default Automation Templates

Creating the best automation templates never felt this simple. Use our built-in automation templates for sending automations to the customers and save yourself the hassle of creating them from scratch. A time efficient management solution we added just for you.

Book Right Before a Class

Wellyx has made the most in-demand feature as of yet. Allow your customers to book a class right before the start time and end time. Never miss out on revenue, we’ve thought about you, your business and your customers ease while creating our latest update!

Automatically Check-In Members
into A Branch

We heard you all! Our latest upgrade has made checking in members easier. Now, with the automatic member check-in, you won’t have to press the check-in button to allow them access once they’ve scanned the QR code to the branch. Members can automatically check-in with their membership benefit and won’t have an additional waiting time for the member and/or staff.
