Gift Cards

Wellyx has delivered on its promise and introduced the most in-demand feature i.e. gift cards. It’s the holiday season or new year and you want to provide special coupons that your customers can purchase and redeem on different classes, services or products.

Then look no further and utilize our gift cards feature to its fullest. Gift cards are customizable that can be sold at a fixed price or customers can purchase them on a custom amount. Furthermore, gift cards can be shared between multiple customers and payments can be split between two gift cards or other payment methods.

Linked Accounts

Wellyx now allows linking gateway accounts with more than one customer. No longer do you have to enter the card details of family members or friends separately. Now one card can be associated with multiple customers who can make purchases at an ease with one click.

Google Calender

Google Calendar is now integrated with Wellyx. Staff members can sync their core account with google allowing them to see their scheduled classes, services, appointments or tasks on their google calendar. They no longer would have to log in to their staff app or core account since their schedule would be visible on google calendar.

Customizable Widget Options

Want to show services as personal training sessions or gift cards as vouchers online? Our latest update allows you to change the labels of classes, services, memberships, packages, events and products online according to your needs that your customers will see on the widget and customer app.

Add Payment Method Widget

Another important feature introduced within this update is the option for customers to add their payment gateway from the widget and customer app. They won’t have to contact you regarding updating their card details. Now they can do so manually from the widget and customer app.

3rd Party Payment Method

With this latest update of Wellyx, you will be able to process membership payments as 3rd Party payments. This provides relaxation to those customers who want to use payment methods other than cash and card for membership payments.

Lock Customer Profile

Tired of those customers that keep on changing their details from the widget and customer app? Now you can restrict them from changing their details online by applying the lock customer profile setting from the core.

Miscellaneous Features

A new option has been added to the membership creation suite. Customers purchasing a membership online will have to pay the first instalment of the membership fee on the purchase date if the charge instantly option has been enabled within the membership in the core. Another cool feature is the ability to specify the payment collection date/day of each interval w.r.t interval type (weeks, biweekly, months etc.) for the membership payments.
