Promo Codes

Wellyx has delivered on its promise and introduced the most in-demand feature i.e. promo codes. No longer do you have to manually provide discounts to your customers from core.


With our promo code feature, you’ll be able to create multiple promo codes that your customers can avail of from the widget and customer app such as - classes, services, products and even membership payments.


You can choose sale level, item level, and BOGO promo codes for your customers to use online.

Annual Memberships Point 2

Annual Memberships/Packages

Wellyx has launched one of the most requested features from our dearest customers. Now you can create annual memberships or packages and set your payments accordingly. Customers will be able to see yearly payment(s) of the memberships and packages on the Widget & App.

Form Improvements

Wellyx forms have also been updated! From now on, you will be able to add multiple e-signatures, and accessible URLs and images to your forms or waivers. Not only this, but your customers will also be able to view both submitted and non-submitted forms on the widget & customer app.

Routing URL Feature

Tired of checking invoices and reports to see which product has been sold online? With this latest Wellyx update, you can set up a product sold automation that notifies both staff and customers whenever a product is purchased online.

Promo Code Reports

We’ve got two new reports for you! Promo Code Sales and Promo Code Redemption have been exclusively added to Welyx!


These reports provide information regarding promo code sales, the number of times the promo code has been applied, and the total number of customers who have used the promo code.

With Wellyx, you will now be able to connect your till to the software and use it from the point of sale during each sale.

Membership Related Services

Worried that you might check out a service on full payment instead of using the membership benefit? This won’t be possible anymore as while scheduling a service in the scheduler, all benefitted services will appear under the service dropdown for the selected member. The staff member can also view other services by clicking on the “All Services” option in that dropdown.

Customer Balance

Want to know if a customer has pending due amounts that need to be addressed? With our latest update, any due amount against a customer will be shown in red on the screen whenever a customer is searched in the point of sale, scheduler and/or staff app.

Block time can now be applied to both assets and facilities in the scheduler so that no customer can book a service associated with them for the specific time.

Miscellaneous Features

Apart from our major features, we have also introduced some minor features that could surely make your business run smoother. For instance, the discount pin is no longer mandatory for providing discounts at the point of sale. You can also upload images in our new upload image tab so that you can use them in descriptions and text. Non-zero value invoices can also be suspended; membership payments can be printed, and many more cool features are waiting for you!!!
